XXI CrossFit has always been more than just a box.
From the beginning, it has built itself as a space for transformation — physical, but also personal.

A place where each person
finds their rhythm, their challenge, and, above all, their place.

With the growth of the community and the expansion into new locations, it became clear that the visual identity needed to keep pace with this evolution. The brand already carried history and recognition, but it needed to translate more precisely what has always been at its core: inclusion, trust, community, and humanization.

The starting point was the Brand Workshop and the construction of a solid manifesto. There, the values that should guide each visual decision became evident. XXI does not speak about isolated performance — it speaks about collective growth, about shared overcoming. This shift in perspective was fundamental for the rebranding.

The brand architecture was defined as monolithic, strengthening the perception of unity among the different locations. The repetition of the name XXI CrossFit at each point of contact amplifies the brand's presence and consolidates the feeling of network and community.

Visually, we opted for a high-contrast path: marked strokes, defined volumes, and light and shadow structure an intense and memorable language. The aesthetic evokes authority and presence, but without losing proximity — creating a symbol strong enough to represent an entire community. The helmet, an element of the previous identity, has been maintained and reinterpreted. Now, the figure gains humanity: it has a face, expression, and presence. It is no longer just an emblem of strength and begins to represent real people. Behind it, the shield reinforces the connection with Portugal and symbolizes the meeting point between different boxes, cultures, and stories that intersect within XXI CrossFit.

The color palette approaches a more natural positioning, engaging with wood, real materials, and the physical environment of the boxes. The primary colors maintain energy and presence; the secondary colors expand the brand's plurality and allow for more dynamic applications. The flexible typography — designed to work in both digital and physical spaces — ensures consistency and versatility.

The visual system was built to exist in multiple contexts: facade, merchandising, vehicles, digital communication, and motion graphics. Graphic elements derived from the symbol expand the language and allow for developments full of personality. The result? A light, friendly, current, and vibrant brand — but, above all, inclusive. An identity that represents strength without aggression, authority without distance.
