Mapium was born with a direct purpose: to restore the human dimension of work. In a context marked by data overload and increasingly technical decisions, the brand emerges to transform scattered information into direction, focus, and meaning. More than connecting talent and teams, Mapium seeks to build relationships with purpose, presence, and real impact. The challenge was to visually translate this vision in a territory dominated by HR and technology consultancies that often communicate innovation, but say little about humanity.
The project began with a strategic workshop that structured the manifesto, values, and personality. Concepts such as Humanity First, Clarity in All Things, and Meaningful Impact defined the tone of the identity: bold, contemporary, human, and premium. The visual strategy started from the idea of orientation — the brand as a guide amid complexity.
The Mapium symbol represents the moment when information becomes organized and intelligible. At the center, a geometric star functions as a point of focus and revelation. Around it, a rounded-corner container softens the shape and introduces sensitivity, suggesting that analytical precision is always interpreted with human care. The whole balances rigor and closeness, clarity and empathy.
The logo follows this logic with clean, stable typography, enriched by subtle details that reinforce unity and direction. Symbol and name work together: one represents the moment of discovery; the other, the structure that sustains that clarity.
The palette combines a luminous teal green with a deep blue. The contrast reinforces the symbol as a point of orientation, while the primary color conveys serenity, trust, and modernity. This chromatic relationship visually translates Mapium’s ability to highlight what is essential in dense and demanding environments.
The result is a versatile and consistent visual identity, prepared to exist in multiple contexts without losing strength or legibility. A brand that communicates focus without coldness and technology without distance.
